Requires diagnosis: From the brief description of the symptoms it could be either a calcium deficiency that can cause muscle cramps, an associated neuropathy or some variant of a restless leg syndrome. RLS: Sounds like really bad restless legs syndrome which can affect your whole body at times. You may be iron deficient or have some liver or kidney issues as well. You need a little bloodwork and see your doc. ...Read more
