Ingrown hairs: This is a common problem in some races. The most practical way is to let the hair grow long. Then the curled ends can't pierce thru the follicle or back into the skin. Often you need to be on an antibiotic to treat the folliculitis until the hair grows sufficiently. Go see your dermatologist.
