What causes back spams and around the heart to. I have ra, seziures, high blood pressure.

Hello. : Hello. Since i don't have a clear idea of what you are describing and i don't know if this just started or if it is a chronic condition, i will provide the following. Here are some possible symptoms of a mycocardial infarction (heart attack). Chest pain, tightness, squeezing or fullness is the most common presentation. However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right). One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn. Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack. I may be way off with my response. But when i see back and heart pain listed together it makes me wonder. If you are having acute symptoms that are listed above get emergency assistance. However, if this is chronic pain, than it is likely not the cause. ...Read more

What can someone with hypertension do if their blood pressure suddenly becomes too low?

However, if there are persistent episodes of symptoms such as dizziness, fainting and falls, and blood pressure values under 90 mm hg systolic then you may need to have your medication adjusted. Best thing to do is keep a careful record of bps and symptom. ...Read more

What does it mean when beta blockers make your blood pressure go up? Prescribed for SVT, but cause nausea and now normally low blood pressure is high

What does it mean when beta blockers make your blood pressure go up? Prescribed for SVT, but cause nausea and now normally low blood pressure is high

Beta Blockers: Generally speaking beta blockers have a blood pressure lowering effect and act as an hypertensive medications. This is an addition to their primary effect which is to slow heart rate. To cause an increase in blood pressure would be unusual. I suspect the elevated blood pressure and nausea or not related to the medication itself. Definitely warrants a visit to your doctor. ...Read more

Why does high blood pressure cause thumping in the head?

Doesn't : It usually doesn't. If you have thumping, you may be hearing your arterial pulse. This isn't as rare as it may seem, since the carotid artery anatomically traverses the bone that houses your inner ear. If your hearing thru air is reduced (by a cold, let's say), then the conduction thru bone is augmented. ...Read more
