Plenty: Sometimes indigestion, abdominal pain can be a subtle and only sign your heart is calling out to you. In my experience its safer to rule out life threatening conditions like heart attacks, arrythmias and then focus on less threatening abdominal issues. Reflux?: I guess it's safe to assume you're not pregnant, Conditions that can cause morning nausea include acid indigestion (reflux) and post nasal drip, both of which can be worse when you're lying down for a long time and more noticeable when you wake up.
