Even though I eat proper meals there are days I am hungry and can eat all day. I also take excellent vitamins. What causes my extreme hunger?
Unfortunately: Many things can contribute to the sensation of hunger beyond nutrient levels/signals. In fact, any form of stress to the body can seem to stimulate the appetite, which is likely some of the mechanism behind "emotional eating". If you look closely at those days, where you are exceptionally hungry, you may readily be able to identify factors that contribute to why your appetite is like it is! ...Read more

Try avoiding GMO's!: The us food supply is widely permeated with gmo's (genetically modified foods) that are likely very harmful to our health. Over 80% of processed foods contain gmo's! for lent why not only eat foods created by god and avoid those engineered by man? Also avoid foods with synthetic chemicals and pesticides. I am thinking of trying the caveman diet can you explain what i can and cqnt eat and what i should eat for meals durin the day and some workouts..
Caveman Diet: I think it easy to think of this way of eating as "there are a few foods to avoid" - everything else is 'ok'. No processed foods, no wheat and dairy, along with other grains and legumes (such as peanuts and beans). Other foods to avoid: potatoes, sugar, salt, vegetable oils like canola. Some really enjoy this way of eating and there are myriad websites and books on this "Paleo" diet. Good luck! ...Read more
What can I do for constant bloating? No pain, just bloated all the time. I eat healthy and I try to stay away from fatty foods and minimize sodium.
Bloating: Bloating and constipation usually occur together. I always advise to first increase the amount of water and fiber in your diet. It is also a good idea to see your doctor for consideration of blood work. I am 22 yrs and i find difficulty in eating properly and atimes i don't feel for food. What is the best medicine to help me eat and gain weight.
Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) are a healthy type of fat: Replacing less healthy fats, such as saturated fats and trans fats, with unsaturated fats, such as MUFAs and polyunsaturated fats, may offer health benefits. Consuming monounsaturated fatty acids may help lower your risk of heart disease by improving your risk factors. For instance, MUFAs may lower your total and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels but maintain your high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol level. MUFAs may also help improve the function of your blood vessels. And some research shows that MUFAs may also benefit insulin levels and blood sugar control, which can be especially helpful if you have type 2 diabetes. MUFAs are a central part of the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet. MUFA-rich foods in your diet include: Olive oil, Nuts, such as almonds, cashews, pecans and macadamias, Canola oil, Avocados, Nut butters, Olives, Peanut oil. But don't go overboard. All fats, including MUFAs, are high in calories, so use MUFAs only in moderation. Consume MUFA-rich foods instead of other fatty foods, not in addition to them. ...Read more

Eat real food: If your food existed 75 years ago then it is probably healthy. Don't eat foods with more than 5 ingredients despite health claims on the box. Almost any vegetable is healthy and low in calories. Fruits may have high calories but the benefits outweigh the downsides. Don't over indulge. Eat a goodsize breakfast, medium lunch and a small dinner and the pounds will come off. Stop eating out! ...Read more
