My right quad has been somewhat numb. I get occasional sciatic nerve pain due to piriformis tightness on my left side. Any thoughts or explanations?

Meralgia: If the numbness is on the front outside (anterolateral) thigh, this could be meralgia paresthetica. If the numbness is along the front of the thigh, this could be femoral neuropathy.
