Costochondritis: It is most probably costochondritid which is inflammation of thd cartilage where ribs connect to sternum and that can cause pain when you press sternum and move your shoulders and on deep breathing.You should consult your doctor to confirm if this is what is causing your symptoms and if so you will need some anti inflammatory meds to treat the inflammation. ...Read more

Normally : Normally men don't experience morning sickness (although in some cases they may experience sympathy symptoms). I am guessing that by the term "morning sickness" you are referring to nausea and / or vomiting. It you both have the same symptoms, there is a possibility that you have a viral infection.
