Many things: Stay hydrated, remain active. Consider adding a fiber supplement like psyllium or methylcellulose. Othewise you could try a surfactant like Colace(though this is a weak option). Minimize Percocet use. If all that doesn't help, you could consider adding a stimulant laxative like senna. The next step may be an osmotic laxative like Miralax (polyethylene glycol). ...Read more
