Nucleated RBC: are immature forms of red blood cells. Normally not present in peripheral blood. Their presence often signals increased RBC turnover, either from increased destruction, increased production or both. Many causes but a hematologist can sort them out for you. Not likely: If you are loosing weight , we need to know your diet , activity etc. Do you have any fever , joint pain or swelling etc. Also need to know how much wt have you lost in what period of time , what are your symptoms? Likely not: IgG to this organism points to a previous infection, IgM an active or very recent infection which is not the case for you. If you do have gastritis symptoms however, I believe a PCR assay from a stool sample would be the best way to detect it if a culture of the gastric biopsy is not contemplated. ...Read more
