Exercise should begin gradually so you don't injure yourself. If you can burn 300-500 calories more than you take in you will steadily lose an impressive amount of weight.

Genetics! : U have 2 find a happy medium between exercise & caloric intake. Obviously U need more when U exercise & fewer when U don't. Maybe a dietician can help U get there.
