I have severe constipation is i safe to use a stool softener everyday? I live in the uk so is there any good ones. It also gives me bad stomach pains
Not really: Some people are just constipated. Usually it's what we eat. I would add lots (30gm) of fiber and water. This may be enough. If not, add stool softeners. Body does get dependent on laxatives and perhaps softeners so i would try other natural products ( prunes, certain teas ...).
