What precautions should I take when starting exercising when I am obese?

Exercise: It's great that you are exercising. When you are obese, your joints (ankles, knees, hips, back) are under much more stress so you will want to do low impact exercises (running is bad). I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I've pcos and obese, age 29 yrs. My fetus heart rate is 86 bpm. What is chance of survival of my baby? Any precaution to take?

The normal range of heartbeat is 120-170. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make the baby grow properly to prevent a miscarriage. ...Read more

Have you lost weight: The best thing you can do for yourself is to change your lifestyle.....Not just go on a "diet". I don't know what you mean by "diet foods", but i think you are craving the "non-diet" foods because you have not found food that you like which are also healthy. Once you find these....You will rarely crave "non-diet" foods. See my website for more info: www.Jhsurgery.Com. ...Read more
