Try a proper tx: Try something proven to work. How much time do you have to experiment with tried and failed otc remedies? Instead of that, get a referral from your school for a psychiatrist who understands adhd and follow a comprehensive treatment plan. Change your focus from fighting your adhd, to performing well in school, which will be so much more doable and rewarding. ...Read more

No, not instantly: Faverin and other ssri's require at least 4-6 weeks -- and often longer -- for therapeutic effect with ocd. It can help manage but not cure symptoms. They may return after you taper off and stop the drug. Faverin does not work instantly. ...Read more
