Soya chunks: I can't think of a reason you should not eat soya chunks twice a week. I am more concerned that you are reporting that you have hyperthyroidism. Surely by now your doctor (preferably an Endocrinologist) has controlled your hyperthyroidism. Please let me know. ...Read more

You should consult Nutritionist to determine if you're getting enough healthy calories. Despite eating 6x/d, you might not be consuming enough, depending upon what you expend lifting heavy.
