Tingling in arm: may be due to nerve or vascular compression (more often the former). The injury that resulted in the shoulder blade fracture may have caused another problem. (nerve root, brachial plexus, peripheral nerve ) Sometimes traction to the ulnar nerve causes parasthesias down to the hand and discomfort around the elbow.
