I'm in mirt & Cough medicine cause drowsiness today finish gym I feel dizzy and feel like almost fainted. Is this effect of medicine??

Cough: Unfortunately most (prescribed by physicians) cough suppressants have sedative effects. The 'Dayquil and Nightquil' popular OTC brands have enough alcohol, a bad idea. Try some cardamom seeds (slowly suck for 3 - 10 minutes). Also make sure the person is not on medications hat can induce cough (ACE inhibitors).
