Ok so im a gymanast and my wrist started to crack when I rotated it and now it hurts to hold myself in a handstand, front support, and swinging on bar?

Physical exam first: An exam by your doctor is the first place to start. S/he may order an Xray if there is concern for a fracture. Your problem will get worse without a proper evaluation and a plan to correct it. Good luck! ...Read more
