Anovulation: You are not ovulating. You are not pregnant. I am not sure why your physicians are not addressing this common problem rather than just reassuring you about not being pregnant. See different doctor: This is not normal and needs to be evaluated to see why you are not having a period of you are not pregnant. Try to see a Gyn. Things such as thyroid hormone and elevated prolactin levels need to be evaluated along with a physical exam and review of possible other associated symptoms. More evaluation need: While nausea, back/abdominal pain and cycle irregularity can be menstrually related, there are many other causes that need to be considered including gastrointestinal problems (peptic ulcer or gall bladder disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc) or genitourinary issues (kidney or bladder infection, stones, etc).
