So I'm having testicular pain, and upper groin (right below stomach). It's kind of a dull, constant sensation. It's not as bad when sitting but walking around there's pressure. When I physically touch my testicles its not very bad, but a slight dull pain

Don't fool around.: Testicles are precious and fragile things. At your age it is possible to have one get twisted and do great damage. USUALLY this hurts a lot! But not always, especially early on. It could also be a number of other, typically less dangerous things. You should get checked.
