Bad combination : Very hard 2 get rom. At 5 wks ask if well healed so u can really push 4 rom. @ 29 with hard work with a mean pt u should get > 90. U have 2 be dedicated & committed & work very hard @ it even in ur spare time. Stationary bikes r of great help. C if they will let u come on on ur own & use the equipment. If not 3 mo health club membership is worth it. I'll bet u get > 90 if u really work @ it. ...Read more
