Go for follow up: Some times , takes time to resolve the colectd blood and fluid , also if there is graft ( mesh ) takes time to get incorporated into tissue. And always a possibility of recurrence usually not this soon. See your surgeon who will explain to you. ...Read more

I cant find my diagnosed inguinal hernia; there's no bulge. My doctor said I might have trouble repositioning it. Is it incarcerated?

Depends: It depends it whether or not the hernia is causing you any problems. If not, go ahead and train and run. If so, curb your activity based on how you feel. I have heard many docs state you should limit your activity, but in my practice, I generally say activity as tolerated. That is based on a more complete evaluation though. See your doctor to be sure.
