Sounds normal : The hematoma that is deep usually makes more appearance at the skin over 2 to 3 days and over the next week may spread out over the area depending on loose skin and dermis and gravity affects of the areas. Probably see doc: From your description, you could easily have at least a fractured coccyx.(tailbone). It is not necessarily serious but can be very painful.
