Wow, did you go yet?: lots of good stuff for evacuating stool , now add mirilax [polyethiline glycol] 17 grams in 8 ounces of water every 4 hours till you go then stay on this to keep stools soft once every day or other day , use the sennaca or bisacodyl to stimulate the bowels , mag. citrate last resort, now what about diet?prunes , juices, vegies, water, walk a lot , less white flour stuff, bananas, rice, potatoes, ...Read more
