Hi LDL: Hi. Your BP is excellent. Your LDL is high and your HDL is not great. Your triglycerides and calculated VLDL are great (and suggestive of good insulin sensitivity). You're young, and it's hard to recommend lifelong preventive medicine sometimes for some people (not for me or for many others, however). Glucose > 100 - was that fasting?
