Probably not, if new: It if just started and you have no other symptoms it is probably no big deal. Sometimes docs don't know why folks have some sensations or symptoms, if minor. (We usually know when symptoms could serious though!) With any change in your bodies functioning, if it is not uncomfortable and lasts briefly, wait it out. See ur doctor: multiple potential causes for chronic/recurrent lower left abd pain incl. ovarian/endometrial probs, kidney stones, diverticular disease/constipation, recurrent urinary tract infection.
