Probably not, if new: It if just started and you have no other symptoms it is probably no big deal. Sometimes docs don't know why folks have some sensations or symptoms, if minor. (We usually know when symptoms could serious though!) With any change in your bodies functioning, if it is not uncomfortable and lasts briefly, wait it out. Not enough info.: Do you have any other symptoms such as nausea, vomitiing, bloating, constipation tenderness or urinary syptoms. Lower right abdominal pain in young person is appendicitis unless proven negative.
