I have a rash on the palms of my hands for about 9 months now. It feels like something eating my skin and leaves them cracked sore and dry.?

There : There are several possibilities including psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, and skin allergy. I would recommend that you only use a gentle cleanser when cleaning your hands (like cerave or cetaphil), and use a moisturizer cream such as aquaphor, cetaphil, eucerin, or cetaphil cream twice daily. If not better after a week or so, consider a trip to a dermatologist who can make an accurate diagnosis and formulate a good treatment plan for you. Contact dermatitis?: If he is using that hand for routine work and coming in contact with something he is allergic to he can get skin inflammtion and irritation. I have very bad rashes on both of my hands. Some time bust on into blisters and itch very bad. My hands look horrible andy skin is pulling.
My skin is always dry (sometimes my hands crack and bleed) and lotions never work. Are there any non-topical treatments/cures? Any foods i can eat?
My son is 8 th and has eczema on his hands on and off and also the skin on his feet its cracked on and off. 2 years tried lots of things and no luck.

Hand eczema - common: Allergy to something, but often not identified. Sounds like yours is pretty seasonal. Could be just about anything you come into contact with.
