Why if I stare at something for a long time and not blink I can make it go blurry and edventually be able to see two of the object?

Maintain focus: this is sometimes a meditation practice. I would not suggest staring at a TV screen/computer, phone or similar. some people don't recommend staring at candles either, but there have been many people in the world, brilliant geniuses, like Leonardo Da Vinci who uses this meditation practice to expand his mind. keep focused on the object. see two as right&Left eye are seeing it instead of as one. ...Read more

I was wonder what happen when someone lick a sharpie permanent marker from there hand by accidentally without notice in the first place. It happen today. Any information what is the cause and effect will that be! and I already feel dizzy! and treatm

Probably okay: I think you're probably okay. I'm sure others have done this before. Our bodies are pretty amazing in their ability to tolerate the things we do to it & a 1 time "sharpie lick" is probably not as bad as some of the things we actually feed ourselves! so this 1 time lick should be okay. If you're dizzy it might be from the anxiety this episode seems to have caused-take a nice slow breath and relax! ...Read more

I have an alcohol test in 16 days but i don't know what kind it is. Would i be able to pass the test if i drink today and not the other 15 days?

I do not know: Essentially, there must be a reason you have a scheduled alcohol test in the near future. You most likely should not be drinking at all. Depending on the test, some may be able to test for alcohol for longer than your concerned about. Best not to drink alcohol if someone is testing you for some apparent reason. Best wishes. ...Read more

Consult a eye doctor: You may have a palsy of one of the cranial nerves causing dysconjugation of gaze. A formal eye exam will be able to rule out a nerve injury as a cause of the symptom. If it is a nerve injury, it may be temporary & treatable with an eye patch over the affected eye for a period of a few weeks. Ultimately, you need to consult a specialist for a full eval to determine the cause & the right treatment. ...Read more

Weeks to months: The weiss ring will always be present the rest of your life whenever an ophthalmologist looks in your eye. Your brain, however, over time should learn to ignore it and it will be less noticeable. Rarely the floaters do not disappear. If it is really debilitating, a retina surgeon can perform a vitrectomy to remove the vitreous floaters. Few ophthalmologists may also use a laser to treat floaters. ...Read more
