If not, try putting firm pressure for a few seconds on any place that is tense or hurts or is twitching and it will probably go away or cause an odd sensation somewhere else. Type of Migraine?: May be you are experiencing Migraine (vascular headache Which is typically localized and throabing. Try to find the trigger events ot food. And may want to avoid them. Also take OTC Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Excedrin Migarine medicine.
I do not think Nexium has any thing to do with this,
