14 year old girl had gastroenteritis for 8 days now. Black spots in her Stool. She ate dragonfruit yesterday. What is the cause of black spots?

Gastroenteritis: Dragon fruit, as you know, has small black seeds in it -- I wonder what are the 'size' of these black spots in her stool? In the meantime avoid harsh roughage, take kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) as needed. ...Read more
