Looks average.: Your numbers don't look too bad although it would be helpful to know your LDL and hdl. You are only 33 so your risk af any coronary vascular disease within the next 10 years or even 30 is very low. The best treatment for you might be diet exercise and maintaining a good body weight. Uric acid is a bit high but if you do not have gout there is no benefit to treating now. Blood sugar normal. ...Read more

No: Uric acid is a marker for heart disease but does not cause heart disease. Elevated cholesterol at your age ( unless you have an inherited form with very high levels) is probably not the cause. See a cardiologist. At your age an inherited valve problem, viral infection, neurologic disease, or autoimmune disease are the likely cause. This can also be normal if you are athletic. ...Read more

Sounds like: Gout. Gout is a form of arthritis associated with increased uric acid. It was famously associated with british indian army colonels who drank a lot of port wine. This is loaded with sugar and i believe that sugar alone can cause gout.
