STAY WELL: Eat healthy, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol. Take prenatal vitamins as when you do get pregnant, you will already be on the vitamins in the first month. There's always hope: There is always hope. We used to say 15-20% of infertility was 'unexplained' (regular cycles, open tubes, good sperm) - with modern testing it's under 1%. Ovarian reserve testing (ultrasound for ovarian volumes and antral follicle count, amh, Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test) 'explains' a lot but there are other possible factors.
