Not necessarily: If biopsies were done, you can experience some pain if there has been a local inflammatory reaction if they were burned and cut out. If fever and chills are present you should go to the er. Cramping and gurgling is common early on after the procedure. ...Read more

Yes: Anemia in a 23 year male needs investigation as it suggests blood loss, lack of dietary iron or malabsorption. For the spleen size, I would trust the CT finding. Abdominal pain is an additional reason for further investigation. ...Read more
