Get up and move: Your daughter's BMI = 28.6 which puts her into the obese category. Weight loss should be addressed by both diet and exercise. Diet - healthy food choices, appropriate portions, cut out the sodas, sugary juices etc. Increase activity. Depends on the reaso: Your bmi is in the normal range so trying to loose weight depends on the reason why. If training for sports it might be reasonable but remember being either too heavy or too thin is not good. What are your reasons for wanting to loose weight?
