What Is The Difference Between Vegetarian Eggs And Organic Eggs
I'm vegetarian, but eat fruits, veggies, tons of beans as well as eggs, yogurt, nuts for proteins. My Vit. B 12 is 920. Is it bad to be so high?
Your level not high: 920 is well within the normal range (presuming your lab has the standard normal range) so it is not "so high." There is no known toxicity of B12.
