I : I suggest you talk with the physician who performed your endoscopy. The pain may be your duodenitis but may also be something else. There are many things (looking down) to the right. It's more of a chronic inflammation. Taking the Omeprazole daily rather than every other day might be helpful. I'd be clear with your doctor that you are having "discomfort" and explain that you wonder if an alternative medication may be beneficial, or perhaps further workup.
