You may or may not be able to see an abnormality on ct scan or MRI of the pituitary. You should do Dexamethasone suppression testing to confirm the diagnosis. Without knowing the time of day it was drawn and your physiologic circumstances, it means nothing. And yet, the doc who ordered it was considering something, so really don't have enough info to say.
