Hi..I have an ovarian cyst, it has shrunk in size but am getting pain..I was wondering if its rupturing..if so what are the signs? Thanks

No: There are many reasons a 13 cm cyst needs to be removed by surgery: unknown type, rupture, torsion,... often the cyst can be removed without removing the ovary. It would be w-a-y outside standard of care (at least in the US) to "observe" this rather than remove. If it hasn't been removed for tissue, how do you really know it's benign? ...Read more
