How do u treat a weak uterus?

How do u treat a weak uterus?

Unclear terminology: Not sure what you are referring to? In pregnancy, certain losses can be caused by an "incompetent" or weak cervix. This is a very specific situation. Is this what you are referring to? Otherwise, the condition is not a true medical condition. If you would like to provide more specifics, perhaps i/we can be of further assistance. Cervical incompetence is reared by a minor procedure: cerclage.

What is a "weak uterus" like?

What is a "weak uterus" like?

Not a medical term: Medically speaking, there is no such thing as a "weak uterus." sometimes, people refer to a "weak uterus" when a woman has repeated miscarriages or has a condition called incompetent cervix (more appropriately called cervical insufficiency) that may lead to a late miscarriage.

What are the symptoms of a weak uterus?

What are the symptoms of a weak uterus?

Depends: It depends on what you mean. In obstetrics, women who have had previous cesarean sections are thought to have weakness in in the area of the scar making them at a slightly higher risk of uterine rupture when in labor.

I was reading about something that listed a weak uterus, but what is it?

I was reading about something that listed a weak uterus, but what is it?

Not sure: It could be a uterine prolapse or a surgical defect in the uterine wall which leaves a "weakened" scar not suitable for vaginsl delivery. More specificity is needed in your question.

What is a "weak uterus" or incompetent cervix?

What is a "weak uterus" or incompetent cervix?

Incompetent cx: If you have this, your doctor should have fully explained it to you already. It is where the cervix opens up too soon, anytime usually after 16 weeks and you lose the pregnancy. It can be diagnosed by an ultrasound before it happens and if you do have incompetent cx., a stitch can be placed by a competent obgyn to keep teh cervix closed and you will have to modify your activity and be monitored.

Weak uterus caused the infutus not to grow and became blood clot. What could be the cause and how do you treat it?

Weak uterus caused the infutus not to grow and became blood clot. What could be the cause and how do you treat it?

More information: You are 27 years old. We need more information. If this is your first pregnancy, then it must been inherited congenital problem. If you had many pregnancies in the past, specially if you delivered by C section, that will caused the uterus to be weak, it could even ruptured, and cause harm to the mother, and of course the fetus. Solution depend on your history. Check with your GYN

Miscarriage: The good news is that you did get pregnant (some people can't0. is the weakness form low progesterone in early pregnancy which can be treated with supositories or from an incompetent cervix which can be treated with a suture to the cervix. Would follow up with a fertility specialist.

Can there be a natural or herbal remedy equivalent to baby aspirin to help with a weak uterus?

Can there be a natural or herbal remedy equivalent to baby aspirin to help with a weak uterus?

Weak uterus: Aspirin is used for its anti clotting properties and there is some debate whether or not it actually helps prevent pregnancy loss. There are many herbs that can help and maybe seeing a naturopath or a chinese medicine specialist can help. You should ask your doctor why is your uterus weak? It doesn't sound like a medical condition unless (s)he means your cervix, and that is treatable by a cerclage.

What is the best treatment for uterus myomatous?

What is the best treatment for uterus myomatous?

It depends: The common term to which you refer is a fibroid which are found in up to 70% of women depending on studies. If asymptomatic, as the majority are, they require no treatment. There are treatments that will decrease their size but to remove them requires surgery, either a myomectomy or hysterectomy depending upon the patient's wishes. Meds can control bleeding if that is the issue.

What`s the best treatment for :Exophytic Fibroid at the Fundus of the Uterus measuring 5.0 x 4.4 x 4.4?? Thanks

What`s the best treatment for :Exophytic Fibroid at the Fundus of the Uterus measuring 5.0 x 4.4 x 4.4?? Thanks

Best: If you are 45 years old and the fibroid is not causing problems with bleeding/pressure, the best treatment is probably to do nothing. If its causing symptoms consider hysterectomy, UFE, or possibly myomectomy. If you are not 45 years old - you should always give your correct age - it would depend on whether you have wishes for pregnancy in the future.

Treatment for bulky uterus 10.7cm long axis 5.3cm thick, normal adnexas?

Depends: In general no treatment for a uterus that is just bulky. It really depends on why you had the ultrasound and what your plans are for children. Mild uterine enlargement is often times associated with adenomyosis and fibroids, but can also be seen in an early pregnancy before the gestation is visible. More info is really needed to answer your question.
