W/ hand foot mouth, pediatricians, is it normal for my 2 yr old to develop a rash all over the back of his legs and butt? Small red dots. Treatment?

Yes: The area around the bottom and upper legs is a common additional site of hfm, it just didn't make it to the label when the pattern was being named. If that's the only site and there are no blisters it could be something else. Te variability of hfm is quite diverse, with some having only one area involved. ...Read more

Itchy skin rash all over body (except for face, neck, palms and soles) for 14 days. NO fever, NO flu-like symptons, NO lymph node. Can it be HIV ARS?

Rash: It sounds more likely that it is an allergic reaction to something. The fact that it is not on the palms and soles of your feet makes other bad things less likely. Skin rashes are hard to diagnose and the diagnosis depends on where the rash is, the color, whether there are blotches, raised bumps and many other things. You can buy benadryl (diphenhydramine) in the pharmacy for itching and if it persists see DR. ...Read more

Hyperhidrosis: Go see your doctor to be sure you don't have hyperthyroidism which could account for making you feel hot & sweaty.
