Hep C tricky. Can be: hard to detected for years by current tests yet be present & still result in untreatable cirrhosis long term. Thus impossible to offer wise advice from a distance other than the importance you understand that medical tests are only clues, partial indicators, never 100% reliable. Lots of possible: Your symptoms could have multiple causes. Diabetes, hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, infection....just to name a few. I'd recommend getting into your PCP or an Urgent Care to start the workup. Probably PCP would be better since it may take a few visits. ...Read more
