Whenever i talk to someone a lot of saliva starts to accumulate at my tongue and at the tip of the tongue. It irritates me a lot while speaking because i can't speak and pronounce the words properly. Kindly tell me what's the best treatment?
No treatment: Producing a lot of saliva is a good thing so i would not recommend to reduce your saliva production. Try to speak slower so that when you feel it accumulating you can easily swallow. If you're having trouble pronouncing words or speaking in general you may want to consult a speech pathologist. They might have better exercises you can follow. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

See an oral surgeon for the evaluation. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
My 13 months old boy, has two mouth ulcers on the tip of his tongue. What's the best treatment for it?
Cause?: I would be more concerned with the cause than the treatment at first. If it is a bite, no worries...It'll go away. I hesitate to put a small child like this on antivirals, so it becomes a question of the frequency and severity of the lesions. See your dentist/doctor about this. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
