My 4 years daughter suffers chronic chest congestion with heavy mucus since last 3 months. Anti biotic given but in vain. Plz advice treatment.

If you have fever, shortness of breath, worsening cough then you must go to the emergency room. You will not be turned away. If you do have pneumonia it can be life threatening and you will need treatment. If you present to a county hospital they should be able to assist you as far as financial issues are concerned. Also they should be able to give you a list or free or low cost clinics in your area where you can be seen for diabetes and hypertension.
