Thoughts: Stop smoking. Regular x-ray followup. Flu shots. Antibiotics when respiratory illness starts up? Can be helpful. Postural drainage to reduce collection in the cystic areas of destroyed lung. Need some knowledge of which lobes and best positions to get into to drain any collections .
