What is your best recommendation for the acute biliary colic? Should one totally avoid fats like avocado, nuts, seeds etc.?

Is it possible to experience biliary colic, and kidney pain? I just had hida scan a few days ago waiting on results, didn't see gb fill at all.

While having colic?: Not a good combo if biliary colic occurring. Typically onset with fatty foods, so e.g. Pepperoni pizza and beer is not unusual trigger. If history of biliary colic, alcohol in itself won't bring it on, but should treat the diseased gallbladder to prevent another attack-which could lead to complications like infection, blood infection pancreatitis, even death.
