Possibly : I imagine that you had similar pains before surgery. It is unlikely to have endometriosis recur after the ovaries are removed unless they are giving you estrogen replacement. Endometriosis can cause scarring and adhesions along with the surgery, and some of these pains may have to do with old scarring but can be due to recurrence of endometriosis. ...Read more

Maybe the bacteria: I was wondering how did you know that it was d.fragilis, you probably had your stool tested and confirmed it. You have to know that d.fragilis can cause stomach aches, although you got rid of the bacteria, your bowels are still inflamed, so that's why you might still have the symptoms.
