I read that some excess hair on toes is a sign of PCoS. I have never missed a period, though they do move round from time to time. Is pcos likely ?

It can be: but not necessarily. Most (but not all) women with PCOS will also have obesity, excess and dark facial hair, and amenorrhea (missing periods). The best way to find out for sure is to see your doctor and get checked. Hope this helps! ...Read more

I've had pcos since puberty, it has been untreated for the last 10yrs. After losing weight my periods have become regular. Will the excess hair & deep voice likely resolve themselves too? Treatments?

Maybe: Voice may change slightly; if not, make sure lab has normalized and doesn't need further treatment. Hair growth may decrease in rate of growth; male hair may be less likely to spread to other areas, but once hair follicle is masculinized by higher male hormone levels, it never changes back.
