I am suffering from kidney stone which is now in distal ureter. Can I eat carrot or drink carrot juice?

I am suffering from kidney stone which is now in distal ureter. Can I eat carrot or drink carrot juice?

Sure: Nothing in carrot juice is relevant to kidney stone treatment. Drinking lots of water (which the kidney then eliminates) may help push the stone down the ureter. If you are a "stone-former" I suggest you get an evaluation by a nephrologist to determine possible preventive strategies.

I have kidney stones I haven't been able to pass them drinking lots of water and cranberry juice is there any other way to get rid of them?

I have kidney stones I haven't been able to pass them drinking lots of water and cranberry juice is there any other way to get rid of them?

Likely no: Is this an old problem ie. Known in your medical history, or are you having acute flank pain/blood in your urine/ difficulty urinating / fevers right now? If the latter, go and see a urologist- you may need a lithotripsy (shock waves to break up stones in the kidney) or other procedure.

I have a stuck 3x7mm kidney stone in lower ureter (minimal/rare pain). Urine flows through. Can drinking lemon juice break up stone over time?

I have a stuck 3x7mm kidney stone in lower ureter (minimal/rare pain). Urine flows through. Can drinking lemon juice break up stone over time?

Depends on the stone: Depending on the chemical composition of the stone (such as calcium oxalate), lemon juice might help slightly, but probably not enough to dissolve the stone. If the stone is made of uric acid, lemon juice won't help. You may need lithotripsy (shock waves) or a cystoscopy to manually remove the stone if it doesn't eventually pass. If the stone is blocking the ureter, it could damage the kidney.

6mm kidney stone not passing-pain lessened but now very foamy bubbly (maybe sandy)urine after drinking lemon juice and vinegar-is this normal?

6mm kidney stone not passing-pain lessened but now very foamy bubbly (maybe sandy)urine after drinking lemon juice and vinegar-is this normal?

Bubbles: Foamy or bubbly urine is usually a sign of some protein in urine or a change in the PH of your urine (the vinegar and lemon juice). If your pain has decreased, it is likely you have passed the stone. 6 mm is at upper end of size that you may pass on own, have your urologist recheck an X-ray to see if stone still present. If it persists, there are ways for MDs to remove the stone.
