It : It sounds like you need to seek a second opinion from a gastroenterologist. There are many tests that can be done to figure out what is causing you so much discomfort. They work up will likely include blood tests and imaging studies(i.e. Ultrasound). Eventually you will probably have a procedure done called an endoscopy.
