See a Dr ASAP: Those symptoms could be atypical heart pain. More likely pneumonia, but could be symptoms of a pulmonary embolus. Muscle injuries don't generally cause shortness of breath unless there is a major injury which you don't seem to have. You need a chest x-ray and ekg at the very least as soon as possible. Has your separated shoulder healed?
