Mybulin contains: 200 mg Ibuprofen, 350 mg paracetamol (acetaminophen), and 10 mg codeine for pain. It is best to avoid ibuprofen, especially in the last trimester. Probably safe!: Panadol is a acetomenophin drug like Tylenol (acetaminophen) but does NOT have the "safety" profile of Tylenol (acetaminophen)... Why not take the latter? Hope this helps Dr z ...Read more

Try tylenol (acetaminophen): If you had symptoms for more than 10 days ( purulent nasal secretions, sinus pressure, cough) it could be sinusitis and benadryl will not help. Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. If your symptoms are more alllergies, benadryl could help and is drug B in pregnancy no proven risk for the fetus.
