Motility: As you know the only factor that is abnormal here is your motility. The first thing i would do is have a tested again. In my opinion it's likely that your sperm is going to be fine for spontaneous fertilization. I personally would agree to do inseminations with it. If you are not pregnant on your own in a reasonable timeframe then i would do inseminations. If you're not pregnant after three or four insemination then it is time to think they may truly be an issue with the sperm. ...Read more

Normal sperm: 4% of this world is normal based on what criteria? If you are using the World Health Organization criteria than 4% is indeed abnormal since you were required to have 30% based on those criteria.
